FIBKA Structure

Founded in 1881 and re-constituted in 1943, The Federation of Irish Beekeepers’ Associations (FIBKA) is Ireland’s largest beekeeping organisation, representing the interests of over 3,500 beekeepers across the island of Ireland. It provides support and education to beekeepers and promotes beekeeping to the general public. In 2020 FIBKA changed its status to company limited by guarantee (clg) to facilitate future development of the organisation.

The organisation structure consists of a Board of 7 directors supported by Executive Panels of experts in specific fields.
