We are always pleased to hear from the general public however please bear in mind we are a voluntary organisation with a small office team so it may take a little time for us to respond.

If your query is regarding a swarm, please check menu under “Articles > Swarms” for information. There you will find information about how to identify a honey bee swarm. Once you have established you are indeed looking at a honey bee swarm, your local Association will be only too happy to offer you their guidance. Removing or dealing with swarms may be done for you, but it is entirely voluntary, and there may not be anyone available.
