Give yourself something to look forward to, whatever the weather, with a visit to the Fota Honey Show in Cork. It’s a chance to celebrate Irish honey, catch up with fellow beekeepers and share the enthusiasm that makes our beekeeping community so special.

Whether you’ve kept bees for years, are considering your first hive or simply love honey, come along and be part of the occasion. Bring a friend, make an afternoon of it and don’t let a little Cork rain keep you away!

Behind every jar of honey is a season of hard work, careful attention and a few challenges that only another beekeeper will fully appreciate. The Fota Honey Show brings that work into the spotlight, giving us a chance to appreciate the harvest and the people who make it possible.

For newcomers, it’s a lovely introduction to an absorbing pastime; for familiar faces, it’s another good reason to get together and swap a few stories.
